Power Boat Rentals
THIS PAGE IS FOR RENTING A BOAT WITH A MOTOR THAT YOU WILL TAKE OUT YOURSELF.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, BUT PLEASE READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.
THE RENTER MUST:
-Be 21 years of age or older.
-Must fill out Renter's form attached to this page
-Arrived One hr. prior to the time of deprture.
-Have a valid driver's license.
-Take boater's safety course prior to departing. Link to free course
below. Unless you are born pass 1972
- Demonstrate understanding of operating the vessel and doing so
safely. We will instruct you, so no worries, we just want to make sure
everyone has a peaceful and enjoyable experience.
- Sign agreement that renter is responsible for damages.
- Provide a $200 deposit for any possible damages to be refunded at
end of rental if no damages and/or lost gear.
- Remain within the areas shown in the map below.
- Ensure that everyone under 16 years old wears a proper life vest
while vessel is under way.
- NOT leave boat unattended.
- NOT exceed weight and/or passenger limit. Multiple boats can be
rented for large groups.
All required equipment, such as life jackets, fuel, etc., will be provided.

We currently have two types of power boats, 16' Carolina Skiff, and a 20' Pontoon. See details for each below.
CAROLINA SKIFF
-20hp 16 ft South Carolina Skiff- Flat Bottom
-5 PERSON LIMIT or 600lbs TOTAL
7am-1pm: $200
2pm-6pm: $200
Full Day (7am - 30 minutes before sunset): $375
PONTOON BOAT
20ft - 60hp Pontoon Boat
11 PERSON LIMIT or 1100lbs TOTAL.
Monday - Thursday
Half Day: $250
(7am-1pm or 2pm-15 min before sunset)
Full Day: 7am-6pm (or 15 min before sunset): $500
Thursday - Sunday:
7am-11am: $395
12pm-4pm: $395
4pm-15 min before sunset): $395
Full Day (7am - 30 minutes before sunset: $995
SORRY, NO DELIVERIES FOR PONTOON BOATS. YOU MUST COME TO CRISFIELD AND DEPART FROM THE MARINA, OR JANES ISLAND STATE PARK.

Boundaries for Power Boats is #1 on Map in the north is #1 Reese's Beach. South Boundary is from #9 Turtle House, to #10 Ole' Island Chimney. Renters are also authorized to sail from the Park to #2 Flat Cap Beach. There is a dock with access to the beach on the Tangier Sound side. We'll explain before your departure, this is just to help you plan your trip.
